Ice Tea Group announces that Brighton Technologies Group (BTG), a leading provider for guest and staff paging systems, has released a new web-based platform for real-time location tracking built using Ice Tea Group's Wisej.NET, an enterprise web alternative for Windows Forms and Blazor. The new solution services 2,000+ customers consisting of clubs, pubs, hotels, retail, and hospitals throughout Australia, Hong Kong, The United States, and the UK.

BTG's product suite includes a variety of controls from DevExpress, Syncfusion, and Rebex, which were all easily integrated into a web environment using Wisej.NET. The app uses these charts, graphs, and other controls to visualize budgets, client locations, and response times. BTG was able to realize the new web platform without writing any APIs, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS in less than a month.

Baxter of California, the LA-based, top-selling 57-year-old men's grooming brand is deepening its commitment to diversity and inclusion in the grooming space with the Men of Culture series and a multi-layered initiative to emphasize its dedication to its BIPOC consumer base. 

The Men of Culture series features specialized hair and grooming essentials that are ideal for consumers with textured hair and melanated skin as Baxter of California continues to extend its product offerings. This series includes: Shea Pomade, Anti-Bump Treatment Serum and Exfoliating Beard Oil.

The three new products are:

Shea Pomade ($24), a rich and moisturizing pomade that is specially designed for coily and textured hair. It is made to easily spread through the hair, highlighting and moisturizing wavy hair textures 

  • Formulated with shea and olive butters that help prevent breakage and bacuri butter that aids in stimulating scalp health and increasing collagen production. 

Anti-Bump Treatment Serum ($28), a clear gel formula that quickly absorbs into the skin to prevent and treat ingrown hairs and razor bumps, evening out the skin's tone and helping to soothe and calm the skin.  

  • Formulated with ingredients like mandelic acid to help unclog pores and allantoin to moisturize and exfoliate the skin while antioxidant-rich clover flower extract provides anti-aging benefits.  

Exfoliating Beard Oil ($28) moisturizes facial hair and gently exfoliates with salicylic acid to prevent ingrown hairs. 

  • Contains olive and sunflower seed oils that help soften, condition and moisturize facial hair while the salicylic acid works at the skin's level to open up pores to allow facial hair to grow longer and stronger.

Mavi.io is bringing a first-of-its-kind mobile shopping and ordering experience to SXSW® 2023 with OnMyWay™ Commerce, an in-car feature that allows travelers to find and order food, groceries and everyday essentials directly from the dashboard of connected vehicles. Select Chrysler Pacificas from Stellantis will be on-location at SXSW to showcase the OnMyWay Mobile Retail Marketplace, while popular restaurant brand MrBeast Burger makes its debut on the platform.

As curbside pickup activity sees a resurgence in the wake of COVID's delivery boom, retailers and restaurants face new opportunities to strengthen their customer relationships through customized and convenient e-commerce offerings. OnMyWay connects a vehicle's dashboard interface directly to the e-commerce platforms of the retailers in its Marketplace, and uses location services to assess nearby inventories, offer purchase recommendations and driving routes, place orders, execute payments and coordinate timely pickups. Drivers can communicate with OnMyWay through voice commands for convenient hands-free shopping, or use the touchscreen for passenger-assisted ordering.
