42 Owners’ Counsel of America Members Make the Best Lawyers Eminent Domain Practice List for 2023

They include: Amy Brigham Boulris (Florida), James Masterman (Massachusetts), Tom Olson (New Jersey), Casey Pipes (Alabama), Howard Roston (Minnesota), Joseph Suntum (Maryland), and Robert Thomas (Hawaii). The "Lawyer of the Year" honor is unique, as only one lawyer in each legal specialty and in each designated metropolitan market is recognized for this honor.

Finally, two additional OCA members, Marie Harlan (Texas) and David Paalova (South Carolina), made the "Ones to Watch" list.
